Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cedar Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
