Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Harbor Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Honolulu. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
