Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Stonegate Glen Environmental Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
