Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Loom Financial Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
