Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Lantern Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
