Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Wilder Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
