Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Dallas. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
