Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Foxglove Kestrel Insurance is an insurance company in Minneapolis with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
