Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Union Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Little Rock serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
