Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Pharma is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
