Highbridge Yarrow Foods Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
