Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Wilder Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
