Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Basin Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Des Moines, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
