Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Philadelphia area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
