Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Nest Financial Holdings and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
