Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Bridge Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
