Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Union Foods is a Orlando food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
