Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Holdings builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Toledo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
