Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Cedar Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Milwaukee serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
