Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Forge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Portland focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
