Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Clearpath Birch Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Knoxville working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
