Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Harborlight Ember Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Atlanta producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
