Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ridge Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
