Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Corner Medical designs and makes medical devices in San Jose. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
