Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Minneapolis with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
