Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 296 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
