Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Basin Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Pittsburgh, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
