Foxglove Sable Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
