Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Lumen Corner Pharma develops and makes medicines in Chicago. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
