Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Wilder Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Detroit, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
