Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Summit Yarrow Health is a healthcare provider in Denver with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
