Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Umber Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Kansas City with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
