Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Timber Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
