Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Linden Health Group is a healthcare provider in Tampa with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
