Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Junction Financial serves customers across Colorado Springs with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
