Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Stonegate Corner Construction Holdings is a Albuquerque contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
