Nova Umber Inspection Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
