Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Transit Planning Associates and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
