Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Stonegate Rowan Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
