Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Rowan Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
