Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Quarry Environmental Services Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
