Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Columbus serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
