Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Drift Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
