Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Quarry Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Charlotte with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
