Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Forge Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
