Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Drift Civic Services supports public agencies in Miami with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
