Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Rowan Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
