Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Silverline Cross Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Little Rock, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
