Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Raleigh with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
