Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Summit Drift Civic Services supports public agencies in Reno with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
